Have you ever been frustrated trying to find the perfect home or the perfect floor plan? It is nearly impossible. This is why a custom designed home is ideal. Through Carson Creations Inc. we are offering this service at no extra charge to the home buyer. No other local builder can offer these same unique services.
Our goal is to make the process of building your new home as easy as possible. It is a short and fun process that removes the frustration of building your home. You simply tell us what kind of floor plan you are looking for (how many bedrooms, layout, approximate size), and you select what types of finishes and materials you desire in your home. We take this information and design a home to fit your budget on one of the lots that you have chosen. This process should normally take between 2-4 weeks.
We also handle all matters of construction. You can be involved as much or as little as you desire during the construction process.
We can gaurantee completion of your new home within 6 months from start of construction.
